What is your job title, and what does that position entail?
I am the RMA Coordinator. My job entails processing return and repair requests from customers.
How long have you worked at Olympus, where did you come from? A little history of how you got involved with Olympus?
I have worked for Olympus Controls since March of 2019. I started off as the Receptionist, and later became the back-up RMA Coordinator. This was a great training experience, and helped in the transition to the full-time RMA Coordinator.
What do you like best about working at Olympus?
My co-workers! We spend so much time together, often more than we do with our own families throughout the week. Spending it with people that are willing to help when you have an issue, laugh with you on those days that you just can’t seem to catch a break, cheer you on when you succeed, and remind you that everyone makes mistakes.. lets just make sure we are learning from them. That really helps make a difference in the morale of the company.

Describe some of your hobbies – what do you like to do outside of work?
Outdoors: Hiking, swimming, and kayaking.
Inside: Listening to music, playing board games or card games, all Tarantino films.
What are some key lessons you have taken from your career thus far?
Hard work beats talent, when talent doesn’t work hard.
What is one thing your customers might find surprising about you?
I am a child of TEN!
